Bryte Blox (“Bryte Blox,” “we,” “us”) provides a holiday lighting design, field-team management, and estimating platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, organization name, and role, provided when you sign up or are invited to an organization.
- Business data — projects, quotes, inventory, and customer records you create within your organization.
- Location data — GPS data captured only while a Territory IQ field session is active, used for route tracking and event logging.
- Usage and device data — standard log information (browser, IP address, timestamps) used to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use collected information to provide and improve the platform, authenticate users, scope data to your organization, generate designs, estimates, and proposals, and to secure the service against abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Data sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform (for example, hosting, authentication, and email delivery), and where required by law. Data is scoped to your organization and is not shared with other organizations.
Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we apply administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may access, update, or request deletion of your account information by contacting us. Organization owners can manage member access from within the platform.
